Julio Artiga is a Hispanic Marketing Strategist for HOPE NOW Alliance. Previously, Artiga joined Freddie Mac as a manager in the Corporate Relations and Housing Outreach department where he worked with housing partners, servicers and the U.S. Department of the Treasury to implement President Obama’s Making Home Affordable Program. Joe Cutrona is the President of Xome Auction Services. Previously, he served as the Senior Director of Default Outsourcing Solutions with CoreLogic and as VP of Commercial Real Estate for classified commercial asset work out strategies for United Western Bank in Denver Colorado. In addition, Cutrona spent over 10 years with Centex Home Equity (Mr. Cooper Mortgage LLC) serving in various senior level management roles with the majority of his experience in mortgage originations and credit/collateral underwriting. For the past 25 years, he has been involved in all aspects of mortgage banking including various origination channels and underwriting, default servicing, and commercial banking (lending and workout). He graduated from Texas Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in finance with a real estate emphasis.

With senior executive positions at Wells Fargo and Freddie Mac, Delgado is recognized as a thought leader and innovator in the industry. Delgado has hosted discussions with global leaders including former U.S. Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Deborah Garcia-Gratacos is the President and founder of DEVAL and is responsible for the overall strategic direction and operating results of the company. She is a provider of consulting services to both private and public clients, including federal agencies such as the HUD, VA, the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. General Services Administration, FDIC, and USDA. Prior to founding DEVAL, she worked as a Real Estate Consultant for Arthur Andersen LLP Valuation.

Bill Glasgow began his career in mortgage banking in 1969 with United Mortgagee Corp in Virginia Beach, Virginia. His career has spanned nine mortgage companies ranging from Lomas & Nettleton (where he served for 20 years and ascended from manager trainee to EVP of Servicing) to Citi, BancBoston, HomeSide Lending, Goldman Sachs, Bear Stearns (EMC Mortgage), One West Bank, and HSBC (where he served from 2015 to December 2017 as Head of Mortgage Servicing for Retail Banking & Wealth Management). Since leaving HSBC, Glasgow was consulting for a number of clients in the mortgage industry until August when he joined Xome as President of Xome Field Services.

Michael Hernandez has the corporate responsibility to drive a Fannie Mae strategic initiative to expand access to sustainable mortgage credit and affordable housing, working with a wide-range of stakeholders to understand emerging consumer needs and develop responsive products and processes which support expanded access to credit. Hernandez oversees the design, implementation and reporting of Fannie Mae’s Duty to Serve plan and Housing Goals as well as leads Fannie Mae’s on-the-ground disaster recovery and rebuild efforts.

Prior to joining NAHREP, Limón worked as a policy analyst at the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (BCFP) in the Office of Mortgage Markets, focusing on national mortgage policy.
